Comen Limited is in the business of boat lifting, hard standing and storage of vessels at the Jurien Boat Harbour. It provides vessel owners a facility to repair, maintain and store vessels in a dry dock situation. The company also provides diesel fuel and lubricants primarily for marine application at Jurien Boat Harbour and the Cervantes Public Jetty.

Comen Limited provides the only boat lifting facility within approximately 200km of coastline between Two Rocks (Yanchep) and Geraldton. It is strategically positioned geographically in the centre of approximately 400km of coastline. This area is home to around a quarter of the state's commercial rock lobster fleet. The trailer boat storage facility now open for business is a natural progression of the company's core business with an additional focus of servicing the needs of the recreational boating fraternity.
