Live Camera Access

All of our clients have the ability to view their boat at our storage facility, live, through this website.

A login is required (username and password), which you should receive upon registration. If you have not received these or have lost or forgotten them, please contact us.

View the Live Camera Feed Here

Once the camera feed starts (it will tell you in a small dialog box on the left), click on the M-JPEG tab at the bottom to view the feed.

Some information below may be useful to you if you are experiencing problems viewing the live feed...

You must have Pop Ups ENABLED to use this software and install the necessary updates to view the camera.

Our Camera software uses 2 specialist web technologies; ActiveX and Java RunTime Environment. The first time you view the camera, you may need to install some add-ins to your internet browser in order to use these technologies. You may see a Pop Up box prompting you to install the MPEG ActiveX Control (by downloading it from our website). Say YES to this option.

In this case, click 'Install'.

Follow the steps (you may need to close and reopen your internet browser for the settings to take effect).

You may also need to install the latest version of Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment. You can get this here:

Still having problems?

There is a chance that the security level in your internet browser is set too high. You can access these settings by clicking on Tools >> Internet Options from the top menu and choosing the "Security" tab.

You can move the slider to Medium or Low if the settings are too high.

You can also click on Custom Level from the dialog box and check to see how Internet Explorer is set to handle ActiveX and Java controls.

If any of these settings are set to Disable, try and change them to Enable or Prompt.
